You can try cross-flashing it back with Pioneer firmware for the DVR, but I have not heard of anyone who has done this, so you're on your own. I haven't downloaded the firmware flashers from either Pioneer or RPC1, but I think at least the RPC1 flashers will allow you to dump your current firmware h08 a binary file for later use.
